We are confident that you will be delighted with your product, but if due to quality issues you are not please contact us by email on info@penwizard.co.uk or by telephone on 0845 8735844

If you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact us before we have dispatched the goods to you.

All sales are final. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.

If spelling or illustrations appear incorrect please contact us immediately. If deemed to be spelling mistake on the original order information the product shall not be replaced. This information can be printed off at the time of ordering or referred back to at any stage of the ordering process.

A re-print can be made at half of the original purchase price. If the spelling or illustration is a technical mistake made by Penwizard, a replacement shall be immediately issued free of charge.

Once we've received it, we will refund your payment.

Return postage costs will be refunded if there is a quality fault with the book.


Please report non-delivery after 14 days of placing the order.
